Approach

How we work.

Four steps, in sequence. We do not move parties to step two before step one is settled. The discipline takes time. The result is engagements that move.

Onboarding

Government, private capital, academia, and entrepreneurs are onboarded through a sequence designed to establish trust before disclosure. The platform handles what software does well; the rest happens through conversation.

Convening

We invite vetted parties into rooms — sometimes virtual, often physical — where the agenda is set by what needs to move. Each side enters with shared context already established through the platform, so the in-person time is spent on what only humans can carry.

Engagement

Each engagement is tailored to the parties involved. Deal flow, capability sharing, and async coordination happen on the platform. Story, judgment, and trust are built in the room. We stay engaged with all sides until something concrete moves forward.

Architecture

In sectors like space, the same architecture closes supply chain and capability gaps. Government publishes the needs. Universities, capital, and startups select the gaps that fit their thesis or skill set. The government coordinates a private-sector response to what the private sector can solve, and handles the rest.

We move the work, with skin in the game, at scale.
